The aim of this approach is to put forward the same functionalities and uses as a traditional project with horizontal development, but featuring a far smaller footprint.<\/p>\n

Projects with vertical construction apply to industrial operations, such as the high-quality ophthalmic unit on three levels executed by GROUPE IDEC for ESSILOR LUXOTICA in Wissous (91) and they also respond to the issues of last-mile logistics. As close as possible to the major urban centres, FAUBOURG PROMOTION develops an innovative multiple-level logistical project concept that integrates a wide range of activities (logistics, services, etc.) and low-carbon energy solutions. In the Paris region, Dunkirk or the South of France, these innovative buildings will be put up in the next few months or years.[\/vc_column_text]
